Canine Interaction

It is with great relief that all the dogs seem to be getting on fine. A dog whisperer, Moira Fitzpatrick has been chatting to them all preparing them for this major transition, and I really think it has helped them all adjust to each other. Thanks so much Moira - you are so gifted. In my limited way, I have also chatted to Lucy and Tango and asked them to accept the other dogs onto their turf, and as I said to Moira, I have a sneaking feeling that my two were a little excited at the prospect of the others joining them. They did come from a pack of six, so it is not new to them. I took Lucy and Tango over from a family that were leaving Malawi, and then brought them to Zimbabwe. I hope and trust that all will continue to go well.

Have now sold most of my stuff, which has been great for the finances - moving is always very expensive, and there are also always expenses that one cannot budget for. I still have my Apple Macbook Pro 15in Laptop for sale for US$1700.00, my electric and base guitar for $100 each and I think my Intex instant pool has also gone which is great. If anybody in Zim is interested in the Laptop please get in touch.

Moving Forward

Well a sad day today - I said goodbye to Lucy and Tango, my two canine companions for the past year. The new tenant is moving in to the house today bringing with him his 6 canines, so Lucy and Tango wont know what has hit them - there is going to be some major adjustments for them. All the dogs met on neutral turf last Wednesday, so I hope Lucy and Tango will share their new turf with the others.
Am staying with some friends for the week, and then fly out to the UK next Sunday - start work at Grayshott Spa in Surrey for four months, and then head for Nashville - starting to get really excited.
