(Still playing around with the best option for uploading Videos - I have just added the one above on March 23rd, as the previous ones below only came on line for a few days and then went "off air" - have tried to find out why, but no luck yet!!) Still don't know how to delete them either - anyone know?

Medicine Cards

I was recently on a Taoist Workshop in London, exploring the nature of Spirit.
At one stage, we were studying Animal Medicine Cards as a means of getting guidance from Spirit.
We had the opportunity of drawing one card from a pack of 44 medicine cards, which were placed face down, so we had no way of knowing what the cards were.
I drew the Hummingbird!
Here's what the reading said:

"To the Mayans, the Hummingbird represented the black sun and the 5th World. In the Ghost Spirit Religions, a certain dance done correctly in a specific way would bring back the animals and the white people would disappear.

The Hummingbird gives us the energy medicine to solve the riddle of the contradictions of duality.

I reckon I have guidance from Spirit for this cycle journey.......and to do it with JOY!  Fancy that.

Chucking Filly

It was Chucking Filly today, I can tell you, but had a good two hour ride. Here are some photies.

Three Degrees

There was a band called Three Degrees wasn't there? But that is probably dating me; mmm a date would be good!!!!

Brrr and not so Brrr!! Went out on the bike at 3 Degrees and layered up but was roasting. Had three layers on the top and two on the bottom - too much! Good to know. Went to buy my solar power unit for the trip - looks good but haven't tested it out yet. Beautiful sunshine and the following day...........

Just beat the snow! But two days later, another 2 hour ride again in bright sunshine, with the snow on the ground all around - really quite beautiful. I must get in the habit of taking my camera with me. Got the clothing down perfect - was warm but comfortable, and had a fantastic ride.
Another one tomorrow, but snow forecast tonight so hope the roads are safe.
Otherwise, no other news - still a bit quiet at work.
Must try and get a skiing trip in before the end of winter and before the trip - won't be seeing snow for a while...or maybe I will if I get down to Ushuaia by the end of the year. That's if Argentina is not at war with the UK - but then I'm Irish anyway...or Zimbabwean whichever works best! Well Zimbabwe doesn't work....oh....and nor does Ireland at the moment!!!!
